Quotation Specialist
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday 2pm-11pm or 3pm to 12am with a one hour break four hours into your shift daily.
Work Location: Remote
At Remote Insurance Team, we understand that the key to success is a strong foundation. Our Quote Specialist will be responsible for providing support to the sales team by creating and maintaining accurate records of customer quotes. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a keen eye for detail. He or she will be responsible for gathering information to fill any gaps in the information provided to them. This position will require regular interaction with the sales team, so the ability to work well in a team environment is a must.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Review customer information provided and source missing information
- Use Government websites to pull permits related to the property being quoted
- Use rating software to enter all aspects of the home or autos being quoted
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times
Required skills and Qualifications:
- 3-5 years professional experience in customer service or sales support role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
- Project management experience
- Good computer skills to navigate the numerous insurance company websites
- A great driven and winning attitude, teamwork, and self-motivation
- A functional laptop or desktop computer
- Fast and stable internet connection
- Provision for loadshedding
- Ability to retain and apply information received from training, reading and email updates

Customer Service Representative
Job Type: Full-time

At Remote Insurance Team, we are looking for versatile, quick-learning individuals. Our CSRs will be responsible for providing support to US insurance agencies by helping them process and execute various tasks across the agency. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a keen eye for detail, the ability to prioritize and to juggle a number of tasks simultaneously and the ability to function well under pressure. This position will require regular interaction with different teams in the agency, as well as with customers, so the ability to work well and professionally in a team environment is a must.
Job Description:
- Assisting and supporting our insurance agents
- General administrative duties
- Processing activities related to policies, submitting required documentation, handling underwriting memos and other daily activities
- Checking email correspondence, prepare letters and other documentation
- Working with clients on needed documents and information
- Verifying accurate policy issuance
- Become educated on our products and companies we use
