Key Responsibilities:

The CSR will be responsible for confirming data, cross-referencing, verifications and email correspondence, as well as delivering exceptional personalized customer service via phone and email. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist and support an Insurance Agency in their Customer Service Department via email and phone

We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Plumbing Estimator to manage our end-to-end bidding process for US-based construction projects. This is a remote role, aligned to US working hours, and well suited for experienced estimators based in South Africa who are interested in the US construction market.
In this role, you will take ownership of plumbing estimates from opportunity identification through bid submission. You’ll work closely with US general contractors (GCs), analyze full construction plan sets, and deliver accurate, competitive estimates that help secure new work across commercial and residential projects.
This position can be performed fully remotely, with estimating, takeoffs, GC communication, and bid management all handled online. While most pre-bid meetings can be attended virtually, occasional site inspections may be required in the US and would be handled by local project partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new bid opportunities via GC portals, plan rooms, and direct outreach
- Attend virtual pre-bid meetings and coordinate bid requirements
- Review architectural, mechanical, and plumbing drawings; perform detailed takeoffs
- Prepare accurate plumbing estimates using Excel and/or estimating software
- Solicit pricing from suppliers and subcontractors; manage bid deadlines
- Follow up with GCs, negotiate scope and pricing, and support bid closeout
- Maintain a bid log and manage an active pipeline of opportunities
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of plumbing estimating experience (commercial experience preferred)
- Strong ability to read and interpret full construction plan sets
- Proficiency with takeoff/estimating tools such as Bluebeam, OST, or similar
